Our Vision
After years of working with all of the major English education companies and many of the lesser known firms in Korea, it became quite clear that we could offer a different, more customized solution at a lower cost.
We can do this precisely because we do not have huge overhead costs. be.spoke is able to maintain partnerships with our clients and give closer attention in a more meaningful way.
Aaron, our co-founder and head instructor, along with other well-qualified, hand-picked instructors will be conducting all of the classes. These are people we know and trust as excellent teachers.
One size doesn't fit all
Each curriculum is created after consultation with the organization and each student. We offer a more personalized experience to our clients, rather than cookie-cutter solutions that seem well-prepared but don't necessarily work for everyone.
Keeping it simple
The concept of be.spoke is to keep things simple, listen to the needs and desires of the clients and offer individualized strategies to help them reach their goals. This also requires honesty. False promises inevitably lead to unfulfilled expectations.
What We Have Learned
Bells and Whistles
We know that there are several well-known English education companies in Korea that offer seemingly beneficial tools to help you or your employees improve your English.
They will attempt to dazzle you with fancy websites, AI interfaces, evaluation tools and textbooks they have self published.
They will also tell you they have the best, highly qualified instructors.
Then, they will bid for your contract and ask for a competitive “market value” fee based on their brand recognition.
The Truth
Big brands are not better, in this industry. The only important factor is the instructor, the main point of contact. If you are satisfied with the quality of the classes, the personality and professionalism of the teacher and the improvement of the students, then there is actual value.
All of those bells and whistles are useless. They have zero impact on the level of instruction, the improvement in English ability or the level of customer/student satisfaction.
Those well-known companies rarely employ any full-time instructors. They simply do internet searches for free-lancers while courting the potential client.
That competitive “market value” fee is much higher than you should pay. Their huge sales staff, ‘education managers,’ upper management and posh office addresses drive the costs sky high.

Customized curriculum fitted to the needs of your organization and staff
One-on-one Classes
Fit to your schedule, any time of day or evening. After discussing motivation and learning goals of the student, a learning strategy would be developed.
Group Classes
Usually conducted during the lunch hour or evenings, but we are always flexible. As with all other classes, a curriculum will be created after discussing the needs of the students.
Embedded Instructor
Working together we find an appropriate and comfortable learning space for our instructor to work at your location, on a full or part time basis.
Online Classes
Whether it is for safety concerns or simply convenience, we do offer online video-based classes for one-on-one and small groups.
